pizza muffins with hot sauce

So I made these Pizza muffins once before, but I changed the recipe up (per usual).

Brown meat in a pan on the stove. Set aside and let cool when browned.

Put your bisquick mix, your parmesan cheese, and your spices into a bowl.

Add your tomato, cheese, pepperoni, and hot sauce.  At this point you can also add bell pepper, jalapeno, onion, mushroom, other pizza toppings you enjoy.

Mix it together.

In a separate bowl, add milk, eggs, and oil.  Mix together.

Add your wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mix well.

Add cooled meat.

Mix well.  Add more hot sauce if you think it needs it - I added two - three shakes and I couldn't taste it at all.  Next time I'll add more hot sauce.

Put it in muffin wells sprayed with non stick spray

Stick them in the oven at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

16 oz meat beef
3 cups bisquick baking mix
1/2 c grated parm cheese
2 tsp italian or pizza seasoning
2 tsp dried parsley flakes
2 tsp dried onion flakes
Hot sauce (your fav kind, and as much as you want)
Pepperoni
1 can of diced tomato, drained
2/3 c shredded cheese (i used colby jack cuz thats what i had open)
2/3 c skim milk
2 egg
4 tsp veggie oil

preheat oven to 375*F. Spray wells of muffin pan with cooking spray or use liners. In a large skillet, brown meat. set aside; let cool.
Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine baking mix, parm cheese, pizza seasoning, parsley flakes, and onion flakes. Stir in pepperoni, tomato and cheese. In a small bowl, combine milk, veg oil, and egg. Mix well to combine.
Add to baking mix. Mix gently to combine. Fold in cooled meat. Fill wells with mixture (full). Bake 16-18 minutes till toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.

EAT!!!!
