Chicken with Red Wine Sauce

So the other day I had red wine and chicken that needed to be used up.  So I cooked the chicken in a pan on the stove and made a sauce.  It was yummy :)

Cook approx 2 cloves garlic in 1-2 tbsp oil (I just pour it in, I don't measure).

Add your chicken.

Cook the chicken.

Put roughly 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp paprika and some red wine (about a cup worth) on the chicken.

Let it cook and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

While it cooks, put a pot of water on to boil.

Break up spaghetti into halves or thirds.

Put into the pot of boiling water.

Boil your pasta until its done.

Put pasta in the bottom of a bowl and put chicken on top.  Ladle some sauce over top.

Its really good, so good I made it 2x in one week :D

Its a good way to use up some leftover wine.

4-6 pieces chicken
2 cloves garlic
2 TB oil
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp paprika

Cook garlic in oil in pan on stove, add chicken.  cook chicken till white and juices run clear.  Pour brown sugar, paprika and red wine on top.  Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Pasta (I used spaghetti, but I bet you could use whatever you have on hand.) Boil in water until cooked.  Put in a bowl and put chicken on top, ladling sauce over top.
