Tilapia

I was making dinner for my family one night at their house. Mom had 2 bags of tilapia in the freezer, so I grabbed them and stuck them out to thaw. I have another tilapia recipe and its right here, but I thought I'd try something new :)

Ingredients: Tilapia, butter, white wine, garlic, lemon juice, pam and glass pans.
Thaw the tilapia.  I didn't get it out soon enough, and had to use the microwave to help.

Melt butter

Add lemon juice

Add garlic

Spread it over the tilapia.

Pour white wine in the pan to cover the bottom of the pan.

Get out your moms really cool pepper grinder and sprinkle pepper ontop of the fish.

Sprinkle pepper that you ground on the tilapia.

Put it in a 400*F oven for 25-30 minutes.

Make a salad with lettuce, cucumber, bacon bits, sunflower seeds, mushrooms, carrots, whatever you like.

Tilapia
recipe from adventures in food

8 Tilapia fillets
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
8 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
cracked black pepper to taste

Place Tilapia fillets in a greased baking dish. Melt butter and pour lemon juice garlic in it.  Spread it over the tilapia.  Pour wine and lemon juice over the top and add cracked black pepper to taste. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Serve immediately, spooning extra sauce from the pan over the top of each fish
