Baked Parmesan Garlic Wings

This recipe is from PW's Tasty Kitchen.  TJ loves wings, so I thought I'd make him some wings for dinner after work today.  I stuck the frozen wings in the fridge to start thawing over night, and then put them on the counter while I was working in the kitchen.  I used 2 lbs of wings, it was only 7 wings tho :(

Chicken wings in pan lined with foil

Dunk in sauce.  You'll have some sauce left over, spoon over the wings in the pan.

2 pounds Chicken Wings And Drumettes
½ cups Butter, Melted
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ teaspoons Onion Salt
¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
½ cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated

Line a baking sheet with foil and grease it. Bake the wings on 400F for about 40-45 minutes. Turn the wings over halfway through baking time. Broil the wings for just a minute or two after baking to crsip them up a bit and give them more of a “fried” texture.

Mix all of the other ingredients into a bowl. Once wings have cooled slightly, dunk them to the warm sauce and coat well, replacing them into the pan.  Stick the pan back into the oven to keep warm until serving. (I kept it at 200*F to keep them warm till TJ came home.)
